I don't think Rock-and Roll has ever been my favorite music style.  However, several weeks ago I began to enjoy it---Rock-and-Roll.

The first band I was exposed to was Bon Jovi. It is a very famous band performs Rock-and-Roll. I am sure many people know well about it, for it has a name as "Family Rock", which means this band is very popular for eveyone, no matter youth or elder; parents or children.  Sometimes we have such an idea is,  a band's  music could not be so good if a band is so popular for the whole common people. But, Bon Jovi is a exception.

INTRODUCTION: 

Bon Jovi於1983年成軍至今已經21年，所有的團員全部由主唱兼團長的Jon Bongiovi找來：吉他手Richie Sambora、貝斯手Alec John Such（已於1994年退出）、鼓手Tico Torres與鍵盤手David Bryan。Jon Bongiovi和Mercury唱片公司簽約後，他將姓氏的同音字拆解為團名，Bon Jovi就此誕生，而樂團成員也自此維持10餘年不變。
  而真正讓Bon Jovi嚐到大紅大紫滋味的應該是1986年推出的第三張決定性專輯Slippery When Wet（難以捉摸）。這張堪稱Bon Jovi音樂註冊商標的專輯，首支單曲You Give Love A Bad Name一推出就攻佔Billboard單曲排行冠軍，第二首讓樂迷朗朗上口的單曲Livin' On A Prayer同樣成績斐然，流暢但不落俗套的編曲至今仍讓樂迷們念念難忘。這張專輯讓Bon Jovi獲得空前的成功，不但蟬連Billboard專輯榜冠軍寶座長達8週，更在榜上停留了40週之久，並晉身搖滾巨星的行列。而Bon Jovi團員得天獨厚的開麥拉費司和親和力不但為80年代末期開拓出硬式搖滾曲風的女性聽眾版圖，他們融合了搖滾與流行樂的音樂風格更是吸引許多新進樂團爭相學習。接著1988年推出的專輯New Jersey（新澤西）又為Bon Jovi的歌唱事業掀起另一波高潮。這張展現出更純熟音樂風格及深富意含歌詞內容的專輯，為Bon Jovi締造出多首經典歌曲如：Bad Medicine、Born To Be My Baby、I'll Be There For You等。Bon Jovi受全球歡迎的程度，也讓他們成為第一個受蘇聯官方邀請表演的西洋團體。然而在歷經無數精疲力竭的巡迴演唱會後，Bon Jovi對於未來的不確定性讓他們在歌唱事業高峰暫時退出樂壇，期間只有主唱Jon Bon Jovi和吉他手Richie Sambora推出個人專輯，直到1992年時Bon Jovi才再以全新的姿態復出樂壇。
  Bon Jovi或許不是搖滾歷史上獲得樂評眾多讚揚與肯定的搖滾樂團，但他們將艱澀的重金属搖滾流行化而吸引更廣大歌迷的創舉卻是不爭的事實。隨著這10年來音樂型態的流轉變遷，Bon Jovi仍堅定自己的搖滾路線，以真實的自我，在每個音樂交替的世代呈現出最具震撼力的作品。

My young brother introduced the band "Groove Coverage" to me, when I listened two songs of them, "Far away from home", "God is girl", I love it right away. And through internet I found more songs and imformation about "Groove Coverage". I'd like to share it with all my friends:)

德国新晋乐队.2002年出道,两人组合, 主唱:verena(女) 1984年5月14日出生 

dj及创作: dj novus,原名:markus schaffarzyk.1976年11月7日出生 2004年之后就替换为歌手.

mell (女)为组合主唱. 1981年4月8号出生. 乐队出道时间虽然不早,不过以其混合多种元素的舞曲风格迅速走红,驰名全欧!略带沙哑颗粒状的声线非常独特,让人流下深刻的印象 ! 

德国柏林举办的一年一度的"2003年德国舞曲赏(deutchscher dance award)".groove coverage以新人之姿荣获提名入围多项奖项,总计计有best dance act national年度最佳舞曲团体,best dance hit 年度最佳舞曲,best newcomer最佳新进艺人! 最终"groove coverage获得评审团青睐夺得了"年度最佳舞曲团体"奖项! 有酷狗的朋友下栽比较方便．

2001 was a great year!

At least for all at Suprime Music - as the exceptional story of Groove Coverage started in the summer of 2001. The debut-single "are u ready" climbed to the top of Germany’s DJ Charts and Playlists within a very short time and fullfilled the expectations of its creators Axel Konrad and Ole Wierk. Nobody could at this time predict what happened with this act.

Shortly after the launch of Suprime Music and the move to the new studios Axel and Ole met, through some other friends, a gorgeous singer called Mell. You might know what happened, Mell sang the next single "Moonlight Shadow“, a cover-version of Mike Oldfield’s legendary 80s hit and became together with Markus a.k.a. DJ Novus the act Groove Coverage. This single entered the German Media Control single-chart at position 8 and climbed up to the incredible position 3, got Gold Status (über 250.000 sold units). This success came so surprisingly and fast that it simply overwhelmed us!

At the same time we got a good message which also caused some “problems” for the new
top act Groove Coverage. Mell told us that she’s pregnant with her 2nd kid and that she could therefore not be on stage for quiet a long period. So Axel and Ole were forced to find someone to take her place immediately and they were succesful as they found Verena,. an at this time, 18 years old excellent singer. Apart from her the Suprime Team was strengthened in relation to the Englisch language: Lou Bega (Mambo Nr. 5) joined them and wrote the lyrics for the follow-up single “God is a Girl”.

And what happended?, This was the next top-10 single for the Suprime Music and they got a new reason for heavy-celebrating! This was the start for Verena and DJ Novus to travel and perform hundreds of live-gigs throughout Germany Austria and many other countries. Most weekends are fully booked for at least the next 6 months!

In autumn 2002 the act released its debut-album “Covergirl“ which includes the very wide
range of Groove Coverage’s world of music. There are beautiful ballads and melodic techno-trance tracks (their absolut strongest side) on this album, and as they never forgot their roots, rather hard kickin club-tracks.

In April 2003 the next step has been made by releasing the 4th. single „The End“ which was the next top 15 hit in Germany and again succesfully released almost everywhere in many other countries. The title “The End” wasn’t programme, in fact it’s the first single of the new and 2nd Album. But there was a change, Verena decided to go more into the background (it was her own wish and she’s still an important part of the team) and so Mell returned back on stage as she just finished her “babybreak” in summer 2003. All vocals are from Mell and Verena anyway.

The new chapter should be known to everybody reading this, the next single was"Poison“,
a certainly very unique cover-version of Glamrock-Star Alice Cooper’s superhit. This one is still very hot! Again position 1 of all important German DJ Charts and a single chart entry at position 7 followed by a ......weeks performance in the top 15 accompanied by a fantastic video. In many other countries like Spain, Holland, entire Scandinavia, Poland, Canada, almost everywhere in Asia and even Brazil this single is just on the way to the top!

That’s all no reason to rest, and the next one is to come! It’s called “7 years and 50 days”
another own composition and according to the first reactions it shall be another big hit. Simultaneously the entire team is heavily working on the 2nd album, also named “7years and 50 days” again showing a very wide range of different styles and moods.
